ACNE/PORE
Mili Clinic Pore & Scar Treatment Program
Smooth pores and scars with systematic planning and treatment
Derma Renewal is a carefully planned treatment designed based on a detailed analysis of each individual's skin condition and type. Using ultra-precise microbeams, the treatment targets damaged skin while minimizing harm to the surrounding healthy tissue. However, even with the most advanced laser technology, the success of the treatment depends on the speed and quality of skin regeneration. At Miliclinic, we place strong emphasis on pre- and post-treatment soothing care to support recovery and enhance overall results. When it comes to treating enlarged pores and acne scars, the key lies in regenerating and rebuilding new tissue in the affected areas. That’s why it’s crucial to plan treatments according to the appropriate healing timeline and treatment intervals—ensuring optimal skin recovery and lasting improvement.
Pore Treatment for Smooth Skin
Pores are tiny openings in the skin that allow hair to grow. While they are an essential part of the body, excessively enlarged pores that are visible to the naked eye can be aesthetically unpleasing and require treatment. Although the condition of the pores may appear the same, the method and principles used to treat them must vary depending on how the skin layers are stimulated. Once pores become enlarged, they are difficult to shrink naturally, so an effective treatment plan is essential. It is crucial to identify the cause of pore enlargement, analyze skin thickness and sagging, and treat the deep layers of the skin rather than just the surface for long-lasting results.
Excessive Sebum Hypersecretion Type
Commonly seen during adolescence and young adulthood, this condition is also referred to as sebaceous pores. Due to hormonal changes, stress and temperature fluctuations, sebum production becomes overactive, resulting in enlarged pores. This type is most common in oily and acne-prone skin.
Loss of Skin Elasticity, Aging Type
Occurs after a certain age as the skin loses density and elasticity due to aging. Gravity causes the edges of the pores to stretch downward, resulting in sagging pores.
Types of Acne
We analyze the type of acne, skin type, and age-related causes to provide a customized treatment that minimizes recurrence rates.
Comedonal acne
A typical form of acne, white and black oily lumps appear when squeezed, called whitehead acne.
Inflammatory acne
A common form of acne with red bumps that are painful and blistering. If squeezed incorrectly, it can cause pigmentation and scarring.
Cystic acne
Acne that progresses to cystic acne, where several acne pimples merge to form a pocket-like cyst, is very painful and causes scarring.
Nodular acne
If acne is repeated, it becomes hard and fixed. It often appears on the chin area before and after menstruation, and the internal acne seeds need to be removed.
Acne conglobata
This is the most severe form of acne. It is extracted and removed, leaving severe pain and deep scars.
Acne Keloidalis
Occurs according to skin type. Chronic recurring acne occurs mainly around the chin and neck due to improper treatment.
Types of Acne Treatments
Customized acne treatments are performed using a variety of advanced equipment, considering the type of acne and skin condition.
Acne extrusion + Triamcinolone Injection
This procedure removes dead skin cells and carefully separates and extracts pustules and cysts. As the most fundamental step in acne treatment, it is performed through hygienic extraction by a trained skincare specialist, followed by anti-inflammatory injections administered by licensed medical staff to reduce inflammation and support skin recovery.
Capri Laser
Using a 1450mm wavelength laser, it induces semi-permanent destruction of sebaceous glands without damaging other tissues. It reduces sebum secretion, eliminates acne bacteria and solves the root cause of acne, showing results in a short period of time.
PDT (Photo Dynamic Therapy)
This treatment works by absorbing a light-sensitive photosensitizer into the sebaceous glands and pores, and then using a laser to destroy acne bacteria and suppress sebum production.
Secret Laser
This treatment delivers high-frequency RF energy to targeted skin layers through fine microneedles, tightening elastic fibers such as collagen and elastin while improving the overall dermal environment. At the same time, it helps normalize sebaceous gland activity, making it effective for preventing skin issues and improving acne scars, enlarged pores, and overall skin texture.
Plasonic
This treatment reduces inflammation, promotes sterilization and cellular immune response, activates skin cells, and helps normalize damaged, inflamed skin. (trouble Management, LDM Acne Mode, LDM Soothing & Regeneration Treatment)
